Who is Nancy Pinchin?

Nancy has been licensed since 1986. She qualified for the Fraser Valley's Top 10% Club in her first year and has continued to be in the Top 10% of the realtors who do the vast majority of business in the " Fraser Valley Real Estate Board "! She is a charter member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and is both CRES (Certified Residential Evaluation Specialist) and RRS (Register Relocation Specialist) qualified.

Over the past 35 years, Nancy has lived in all parts of the Fraser Valley. As an RCMP wife her family has moved many times. Nancy knows how it feels to move a family household and make everyone feel at home.

Nancy and her husband Ray Bernier, live in Murrayville Langley. They have a blended family of 4 children and 3 beautiful grand children & counting...

Ray is also a realtor who works for RE/MAX. Although Ray is based at the RE/MAX Aldercenter Realty office, he is a definite asset to Nancy's business.

Meet Nancy's assistant, Angie

When you call Nancy's office to schedule an appointment or inquire about one of her listings, Angie is there to help you with your needs. Angie is at the office during business hours so while Nancy is busy with clients, Angie she is there ensuring all the paperwork is processed and everything behind the scenes is running smoothly, as well as answering any real estate questions you may have, Angie is very knowledgeable in the Real Estate Industry.

While at the office, Angie organizes showings and records showing feedback, prepares relocation packages, coordinates closings, key delivery, home inspections and updates the website regularly. This is all in addition to having a great attitude and personality!
